Blueprints are delivered to your email immediately after purchase. Check your spam/junk folder first. If still missing after 30 minutes, email us with your order details and we’ll resend immediately.

I want to request a refund.

Every order is backed by our 60-day guarantee. Email us within 60 days of your order date. No reason required. See our refund policy.

I’m stuck on a build step.

Email us with the specific step, what you’ve tried, and a photo if possible. Our support team includes builders who have completed the same blueprint and can pinpoint issues quickly.
